1111a Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — the website, mobile app, and all services operated under the 1111a brand, accessible at 1111a.best.
• "User" or "you" — any individual, aged 18 or over, residing in Brazil, who registers and uses 1111a's services.
• "Account" — the user's individual account on the 1111a platform, including balance, betting history, and personal settings.
• "Bet" — any transaction made by the user in the sports or casino markets available on 1111a.
• "Real Balance" — the amount in BRL (R$) deposited by the user and available for betting and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits granted by 1111a subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — identity verification process required by Brazilian regulations and 1111a's internal policies.
• "Rollover" — the number of times the bonus balance must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Cash Out" — a feature that allows the user to settle a live bet before the final result, receiving a value calculated in real time.

2. Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account with 1111a, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;

2.2 One Account per Person

Each user may hold only one active account at 1111a. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of any related balances.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

1111a may, at any time and particularly before processing withdrawals above R$ 500.00, request identity verification documents, including:

• Proof of residence dated within the last 90 days;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Refusing to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension and withheld withdrawals until the situation is resolved.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration. False or outdated data may result in account closure and cancellation of pending withdrawals. 1111a is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information submitted by the user.

3. Account Use

3.1 Access Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) secure. 1111a recommends using a strong, unique password combining letters, numbers, and symbols, and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

Any activity carried out on an account is considered the account holder's responsibility, except in cases where the user has notified 1111a of unauthorized access within the required timeframe.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1111a platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Manipulation of odds or results through coordinated schemes with other users;
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts, VPNs, or false identities;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activities;
• Account sharing with third parties;
• Attempting to circumvent rollover rules or withdrawal limits by betting on both sides of an event.

3.3 Consequences of Violations

1111a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that breach any provision of these Terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice in cases of serious violations. If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be held pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1111a accepts only Brazilian payment methods, in BRL (R$):

• Pix — instant deposits and withdrawals, available 24/7;
• Boleto bancário — deposit credited within up to 1 business day;
• Credit or debit card — Visa and Mastercard, immediate processing;
• PicPay — deposits and withdrawals via digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago — deposits and withdrawals via digital wallet.

1111a does not accept payments in foreign currency. All amounts are exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 via Pix or boleto bancário. For credit/debit cards, the minimum amount is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, though deposits over R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional identity verification.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 1111a are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00;
• Pix withdrawals are processed in under 1 minute after approval;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used whenever possible;
• 1111a charges no fees on withdrawals — the amount requested is credited in full;
• Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may be subject to KYC verification before processing;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the real balance generated after the rollover requirement is met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New 1111a users are entitled to a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit amount, up to R$ 500.00. The bonus is automatically credited to the account once the first deposit is confirmed.

Example: a R$ 200.00 deposit generates a R$ 200.00 bonus, giving you a total of R$ 400.00 available to bet.

5.2 Rollover Requirement

The bonus balance is subject to a rollover of 15 times (15x) on the bonus amount received before it can be converted into real withdrawable balance. Bets with odds equal to or above 1,50 are eligible to count toward the rollover requirement.

Bets placed on both sides of an event, cancelled or refunded bets, and bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover.

5.3 Bonus Validity

The welcome bonus is valid for 30 days from the credit date. Any bonus balance that is unused or whose rollover has not been completed within the deadline is automatically cancelled without conversion to real balance.

5.4 Other Promotions

1111a offers periodic promotions — such as boosted odds for Brasileirão matches, weekly cashback, and special accumulators. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the promotions page at the time of activation. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

1111a actively monitors betting patterns to detect bonus abuse. Strategies such as betting on near-certain outcomes solely to meet rollover requirements, creating multiple accounts, or using third-party details to accumulate bonuses will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may lead to permanent account closure.

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets on 1111a are subject to acceptance by the platform. 1111a reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected match manipulation, odds errors, or bets placed outside the platform's operational limits.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing bodies. For the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores, the official source is the CBF (Confederação Brasileira de Futebol). Results altered by disciplinary rulings or late amendments do not affect bets that have already been settled.

6.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are refunded. If an event is postponed and does not take place within 36 hours of the original scheduled time, bets will be refunded. If the event is postponed but takes place within 36 hours, bets remain valid.

6.4 Cash Out

The cash out feature is available on all live Brasileirão games and on selected events in other sports. The cash out value is calculated automatically in real time and may be lower than the original stake if the partial result is unfavorable. 1111a may suspend cash out during critical moments of a game (such as ongoing penalty kicks) for technical or operational reasons.

6.5 Odds Errors

In the event of a human or technical error resulting in the publication of clearly incorrect odds (odds outside the reasonable market range for the event), 1111a reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds even after the event has concluded. The staked amount is fully refunded in such cases.

7. Casino & Online Games

10. Account Closure

10.1 Closure by the User

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting 1111a support via live chat or email. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the rules in section 4. Any unconverted bonus balance is cancelled at the time of closure.

10.2 Closure by 1111a

1111a may close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration;
• Creating multiple accounts;
• Determination by a competent authority;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 months.

10.3 Balance in Closed Accounts

If the account is closed at the user's request, any available real balance will be returned via Pix after identity verification. If closure results from a Terms violation, 1111a reserves the right to hold the balance during the investigation period.

11. Limitation of Liability

1111a is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed by the user on the platform;
• Internet or device connection failures on the user's end that result in incomplete bets;
• Misinterpretation of betting rules by the user;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account due to the user's own security failures (weak password, credential sharing);
• Financial decisions made by the user based on odds or information published on the platform.

1111a's maximum liability to the user, under any circumstances, is limited to the real balance available in the account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

1111a reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via their registered email and/or through an in-platform notification at least 15 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendments.

13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018), and the specific regulations on sports betting and online gaming currently in force in Brazil.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo/SP, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
